Saul was born in Banjul and moved to Sweden when he was 12.

Saul was born in Banjul and moved to Sweden when he was 12. There he finished high school and moved to England to attend Regents Business School. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business. He started his career in England in sales and marketing but always had a desire to come back home to The Gambia which he didFebruary 2007. Upon returning home he worked at Access Bank as the Assistant Head of Commercial Banking.

Within six months of returning home, he realized there were gaps in the housing market that limited individuals, both Gambians and non-Gambians alike from property ownership. The number one focus was lack of adequate financing options for individuals’ especially middle-income earners both home and abroad. With this in mind, the only way forward was to start a company that provided access to affordable housing and land in the Gambia. The vision was to provide every Gambian the opportunity to “own a piece of Gambia.” Thus Global properties was born in August 2007.

Today, Global Properties has expanded and has developments in Senegal and Ghana with operating offices in London (UK) and Maryland (United States) and continues to grow. With several housing developments under its belt and the latest ones Tuereng Housing Estate and Forest View apartments continue to raise the standard of living here in The Gambia.

In 2009 the founder/CEO of the company, Mr. Saul Frazer was awarded the Young Entrepreneur of the Year for his innovative solutions to the property needs of Gambians and other investors. He was later decorated with The National Order of The Republic of The Gambia by the Head of State in 2011.

In 2017 Saul Frazer was appointed Ambassador- at- Large for Development by the President of The Gambia.

In his spare time Saul loves to play football, community service and travelling.

Musa Janko Ceesay

Musa Ceesay moved to London, UK in 1999 to further his studies at the London

Musa Ceesay moved to London, UK in 1999 to further his studies at the London Metropolitan University where he received a BA Honors in Banking & Finance with Economics and Law. After 8 years away, Musa returned home and started his career in Banking. He helped setup two major banks that were newly established and needed strategies to penetrate the Gambian Market.

While in Banking, Musa realized the challenging financial gaps across the various sectors and was keen on improving the housing sector. At that time Global Properties was the only Real estate agency at the forefront of providing access to affordable housing and alternative financing for all.

Musa took on the role of a General Manager in 2008 at Global Properties and helped facilitate land mortgage schemes thus fostering the dream of home ownership into reality. He took part in ensuring that individuals have confidence in “owning a piece of Gambia” for both Gambians and non-Gambians alike. Musa focused on providing reliable and accessible property solutions in the Gambia.

Nyillan Fye

Nyillan is a passionate individual driven to drive change within organizations

Nyillan is a passionate individual driven to drive change within organizations by implementing adaptable strategies among its members.

Nyillan was born in the Gambia and moved to the US in 1998. There she completed high school and went on to pursue a Bachelor’s Degree in Health and Human Studies and a Masters in Non-Profit Management and Philanthropy at Bay Path University in Longmeadow, MA

Upon finishing her education she worked as a Program Assistant at International Food PolicyResearch Institute in Washington DC. She continued her professional career working with non-profit initiatives in Africa as a grassroots fundraiser. Her passion for education and drive led her to initiate and manage several programs that influenced the further development of education in Africa ranging from Scholarship programs to setting up libraries in villages.

For her work Nyillan received an award from The US Center for Citizen Diplomacy and the US Department of State-Received award for initiating a top ten citizenship diplomacy programs in the USA.

After living in the US for 18 years, she embarked on a journey of living in Africa. She moved to Lagos, Nigeria to work as aCorporate Affairs Officerat Rainbow College in Lagos, Nigeria. She left in 2013 to move to The Gambia and opened a baby boutique called Suma Dom. However, within the first month of living in the Gambia, Nyillan took on another challenge of working a Global Properties while balancing the life of an entrepreneur with her Baby Boutique. She took on the role of Business Development and PR manager and loves engaging with her staff daily.

Nyillan enjoys spending time with family and exploring the beautiful beaches in TheGambia.

Alfred Tommy Musa moved to Banjul, The Gambia in 2002. He attended various educational institutions and attained various professional certificates in The Gambia.

He has a certificate in Information and Technology, Certificate in Amadeus and Certificate in Certified Accounting Technician (CAT).

Ever since he joined the company 2016, Alfred Tommy Musa has served in different departments like Rental departments, Account and recovery department and Sales and marketing department. My Name is Pamela Allen and I joined Global Properties 3 years ago. I started as an external agent with the hunger and drive for success. I have always wanted to be in real estate sales and marketing. I felt that my background would bring a lot to the market by allowing me to tap into the Sierra Leone community and help them engage in purchasing land and homes in Gambia. With only an allowance, I continued to work hard and prove myself to the company for an opportunity to get a full time job. Before becoming a full time staff, I remember taking taxi’s to appointments and walking in the markets just to find customers. After successfully serving as head of the sales team at The Gambia and winning the prestigious employee of the year award three times in row, bringing with him his extensive knowledge of sales. With over 7 years’ experience in sales and marketing and with a background in Business Management & Administration, he transferred this wealth of information to the Real Estate market in Ghana. Isaac graduated from High School in year 1999 and later studied Electrical Installation and House Wiring, and some professional training programs. Isaac started his career in 2007 as a sales and marketing executive since 2007. After working in several field sales jobs in his career, he understands what it takes to be successful in the sales world.
